Graphic Design - Adobe Express

Course Duration - June 4, 2026 - July 23, 2026 (Classes are held on Thursdays) Location: Southern Recreation Center - 1290 Belle Terre Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164 Time: 5:00 - 7:00 PM Age: 16+ Requirements: Bring your own device for learning. A laptop is recommended but an iPad or a tablet can be used for lessons. Adobe Express Graphic Design Essentials is a hands-on course designed to help students create polished, professional visual content using Adobe Express. This program introduces essential graphic design principles while teaching students how to apply them using Adobe’s powerful yet accessible design platform. Throughout the course, students will learn how to design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing, presentations, and branding. Emphasis is placed on understanding layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, as well as maintaining brand consistency across different types of content. The course focuses on real-world applications, guiding students through the creation of social media posts, flyers, promotional materials, presentations, and basic brand assets. Students will also learn how to use templates effectively, customize designs, manage brand kits, and export content for both digital and print use. This course is ideal for beginners, small business owners, content creators, and professionals who want to produce professional-looking designs without the complexity of traditional Adobe software. No prior design experience is required. By the end of the course, students will have a collection of completed design projects, a solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, and the confidence to create consistent, high-quality visual content using Adobe Express.
